THE PROBLEM
Worldcoin was preparing to scale and needed to 2x their headcount immediately to keep pace with business growth. The Head of People was going on parental leave so there was pressure to find a top-tier Head of Talent in very short order. After working with another firm unsuccessfully for 6 months, Plenty was hired with a target of <2 months to fill the role.
