Grow Therapy is an online therapy platform reimagining access to high-quality, insurance-covered mental healthcare.
This was a redefined role for Grow and encompassed customer insights, care navigation, enablement, credentialing, and more. The challenge was to find a strong cross-functional communicator who could drive projects both top-down and bottom-up while leading a large team of direct reports during hyperscale.
Placed a BizOps leader in ~70 days who scaled teams from 0→14 and helped drive hypergrowth, aligning cross-functional operations across care navigation, credentialing, and enablement.
Melody Qiu has built and led teams from 0 -> 14 while seeing Progyny scale from $30M – > $1.5B over 6 years. She also has a Health Policy degree from Princeton and spent time at Deloitte consulting. Melody was hired in 71 days.
