Since the target profile needed prior experience with design or productivity tools, Plenty carefully curated a ‘top 100 target company’ list. We then dug into each business looking for diversity, mentorship, and scale. Margaret’s Master’s Degree, experience scaling Slack, and her passion for mentorship fit perfectly.
