Plenty found a candidate the team loved and went to offer within 12 days (who ultimately declined due to location). This was a blessing in disguise! Nursa ultimately met another candidate, Danielle Sheridan, whom they were more excited about, and up-leveled the role to COO. The pipeline was so strong, they made an opportunistic senior hire from the candidates we recruited, who will serve as Danielle’s #2.
